We strive to live in communities where there are no deaths by suicide, and where power is with the people.

Clinical Lead

Amy is a licensed and suicide prevention specialist with expertise in trauma-informed care, risk management, and systems-level intervention. She's deeply rooted in community care and consent-based governance & practice, bringing over a decade of experience supporting youth, families, and frontline providers.

Andrea Ayotte

Business Lead

Andrea has deep expertise in grants management, education, and systems-building. She oversees multimillion-dollar programs that support children, families, and the workforce. Driven by a personal commitment to suicide prevention after losing a loved one, she brings strategic insight and lived experience to Ruta Care's mission.

Ally Hwang

Design Lead

Ally is an award-winning product designer with 14 years of experience spanning enterprise software, insurance, blockchain, and education. Her work centers accessibility and emotional resonance, shaped by a deep commitment to community impact and intuitive user experiences.
